17. Successors

18. Costs

The Parties agree that they shall each bear their own respective costs for the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement.

19. Sales Tax

Any Sales Tax payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be for the account of the Client and shall be added to the amounts invoiced by the Freelancer.
