WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage the Provider to offer technical support services for the Client's website, and the Provider agrees to provide such services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises, the Client and the Provider (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows.
1. Scope of Services1.1 Technical Support Services:
The Provider agrees to offer the following technical support services for the Client's website:
- Routine maintenance and updates
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting
- Performance monitoring and optimization
- Security updates and monitoring
- Backup management
- User support and issue resolution
1.2 Service Availability:

8. Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Parties.
